Atwood Lake
Atwood Lake offers everything you could want. Atwood Dam was constructed in 1937 on Indian Fork Creek for the purpose of flood control. The Dam is owned by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The
Lake and surrounding area is owned by Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
Atwood Lake is fully stocked and offers two marinas, swimming, camping, boat and wave-runner rentals, hiking, cabin rentals, picnicking, plus much more.
Leesville Lake
Leesville Lake is a fisherman's paradise. Leesville Dam was constructed in 1937 on McGuire Fork Creek. Since then record size Muskies have been caught in the lake. As well as Large Mouth Bass,
Catfish, Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, and Bluegill.
There are two Marinas which offer boat sales, service, rentals, docking, food service, free public launch ramps, bait and licenses. The marinas offer over 200 campsites in quiet wooded areas
with electric hookups. Playgrounds for the kids are available at each marina.
Hunting is permitted in designated areas, only during Ohio Hunting season, with an Ohio Hunting License.
